OOKS the interactive story-creation app – Part two

Following on from our World Book Day post Little K & Big A have now received their books in the post.

They are A4 size, contain 32 pages and the card and pages feel of good quality. The last few pages of the books are puzzles and activities which is a nice addition to the story aspect of the book.

This is definitely a wonderful present idea for children’s birthdays giving children the chance to create their own books and help them to be imaginative. Big A was very excited to take her book into school and to show her friends. Little A wished she had taken more time with her pictures on the application as they weren’t to her best ability. She enjoyed reading the book together with me at bedtime and pointing to the images she created.

They were very excited to show me the pictures that they had created on the application and that they were printed in the physical books.

Big A has created lots of other books on the application and is hoping one day I’ll pay to have another book printed. Little K enjoyed creating and changing stories on the application. I personally like the fact I receive an email to confirm when a book has been created and I can review it before deciding whether to order the book or not. The girls loved making their own characters and seeing them in print.

We loved Ooks and would love to see it develop further into a bigger range of books and other items which you could purchase based on your personalised Ook.

Disclaimer – We received 2 book codes, some apparel and 3 prizes to give away to our readers in exchange for an honest opinion.
